Icon Matrix Engineering Limited (IMEL) is a multi-disciplinary
engineering, procurement and construction management company that independently applies
its services to improving existing technology in the oil, gas, petrochemical
and refining, power generation, renewable energy, marine, civil engineering and
construction sectors. Icon Matrix Engineering Limited (IMEL) was envisioned in
2009, incorporated and commenced operations in 2011 in response to the demand from local content
initiatives in the Nigerian energy sector and from operators for a more
responsive, focused and cost-effective engineering service.
In 2011, Icon Matrix Engineering Limited (IMEL) RC 944825 was
incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a limited
liability company combining the expertise of highly experienced engineers and
technicians to provide valuable services in the oil and gas industry. IMEL has
designed, procured and managed major projects of various sizes and costs inside
and outside Nigeria. IMEL is fully operational with modern Computer Aided
Engineering Design faculties, software and experienced professionals in various
disciplines of oil and gas engineering and project management.
IMEL is composed entirely and independently of Nigerian Engineers
with local and international experience from different countries, fully
adhering to the Nigerian Content Initiative of the Federal Government of
Nigeria, aiming to improve the existing technology and offer a high level of
quality and cost-effective services for clients in all areas of engineering.
IMEL offers comprehensive engineering capabilities with a dedicated onsite team
of mechanical, piping/pipeline, process, subsea, structural, electrical and
instrumentation engineers.
IMEL has extensive experience and resource capacity to execute
projects in the oil and sector ranging from project management, engineering,
procurement, construction, installation and commissioning to maintenance. We
have recently executed a number of projects in the Niger Delta region of
Nigeria. The experience ranges from consulting services to the assumption of
turnkey contracts. All the projects we work on are delivered on time and in
full compliance with quality standards to the satisfaction of our clients.
